Flourless banana pancakes:

 

Recipe for family of 4

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (mashed) 
2 eggs (whisked)
1/4 cup whole raw oats

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Use soup spoon to fry small size pancakes in pan

Tips:
*I fry my pancakes in Coconut oil. You can purchase unflavored too. 
*Use whole oats no need to blend. 
*You can leave out the oats & the recipe still works well

Tuna Pasta:

 

Ingredients:

Pasta (fresh or dry)
Tin Tuna (drained) 
2 tbl sp Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

Boil up the pasta while draining the tin of tuna. 
Mix tuna in bowl with mayonnaise. 
Drain pasta while retaining a little pasta water. 
Put all back in bowl & mix. 
Add additional ingredients if desired. 
Season with salt & pepper to taste
