Juicy Beef Meatballs

Juice Meatballs (Gluten Free)

Meatballs were always a staple in my home when I was growing up, and I still adore them!! So easy to pair with roasted veg (which I did this eve), pasta, tomato sauce, chutney, or a side or whatever!  I have changed my family recipe a little, to use ground oats instead of flour or bread crumbs for the binding agent. I hope you'll enjoy a little taste of home for me!

  • 550-600g Ground Beef (I like 85% as the fat content is low, but it still has flavor)
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Whole/Raw Oats (use Gluten Free oats if necesary)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp mixed dried herbs (or whatever herbs you have)
All ingredients in large bowl ready to mix
